mobi­li­ty, increase your fle­xi­bi­li­ty and relax.

Whe­ther you’­re a long-time exer­cis­er or just start­ing out, this class offers a gent­le and
acces­si­ble way to stretch and streng­then your body.

By stret­ching regu­lar­ly, you can not only increase the fle­xi­bi­li­ty of your mus­cles and joints,
but also impro­ve your cir­cu­la­ti­on, redu­ce stress and pre­vent inju­ry.

In this class we will explo­re dif­fe­rent stret­ching tech­ni­ques and methods, inclu­ding sta­tic
stret­ching, dyna­mic stret­ching and fascial stret­ching.

the body even bet­ter.
